Christmas Card ’08
Christmas was so fun!! Our family spent Christmas Eve with the Adamsons. We had a wonderful dinner and then a program. This picture is when we read from the bible of Christ’s birth and the children acted it out for us. We had 2 Mary’s this year so there wasn’t anyone sad 🙂

The hard part of the night was when each of our families opened the “Remembering Jay” presents we had each done. For part of my gift I gave each of the men a tie of Jay’s and had his signature embroidered on the front and on the back, it said, “Jay will be honored to have you wear his tie. 2008” Each of the families did such nice gifts that will be a treasure always.
That night we slept over at the Girsbergers. It was so fun to be there with them. It really helped our family not to be home and the kids loved being with their cousins!! This is Christmas morning…
‘It was so much fun all day. We opened presents with all of the kids for 3 hours. The kids had such a great Christmas. Thank you to all of those that helped make our Christmas be such a great one when I had been so worried about it. The best present was talking to Riley and knowing he is so happy on his mission in Sweden. This is Melissa with her new bike…

Jay loved these cute country songs!! We remember him coming home and singing these songs as loud as he could 🙂
