It’s been 6 months now since Don passed away. I wrote this blog the day after he died, but waited until now to ask his daughter if I could publish it. This was such a special thing that happened to her and it still brings tears to my eyes everytime I watch the video because it is SO Don! We miss you and we will see you in a little while…

Our friend, Don Cash, passed away yesterday after summiting Everest. It was his 7th and final summit of the highest peaks in each continent. He radiated creativity, no fear, adventure andlove. Matt and I are going to miss him immensely.
His family is high on my mind since his wife called me early yesterday morning to tell me Don had passed away. Obviously,his family is as awesome as he is. His daughter posted an amazing message today and gave me permission to post it here on my blog: “Invitation to look up the song ‘Glorious Unfolding’ and know that this song contains a message to me from my dad this morning and I believe.” Watch this video as it seems it was made just for her… what a glorious unfolding. If you knew Don, it really looks as if he hired Steve Chapman to create this video for his daughter- full of adventure, travel and thoughtful love.
Yes, we are waiting on the promises God has made. There’s so much of the story that’s still yet to unfold, the story has only begun…
