I have learned that being grateful may be the best thing to help me through ups and downs. Yes, some days that is hard to do. But if I just look around there is so much to be grateful for- my very breath, love, I feel for those around me, this beautiful earth, and pure water to drink is just the beginning.
When I have feelings of fear, I have learned to start thinking about all the things I am grateful for and don’t stop until my worries are gone. **Scientists are proving more extensively how incredibly amazing our brain functions. They say that you can’t have fear and grateful thoughts at the same time- so choose wisely.
