your biggest cheerleader

What you put in your brain is so important. Your self-talk is more important than what anyone else in the world can say to you. (Because YOU are with you the most!) So I want you to think of someone in your life who has always been your biggest cheerleader. If you don’t have someone make up that person.

My mom is mine. She has always been positive and thinks I can do anything. She supports me with anything I set out to do and makes me believe I’m the best thing that ever came into her life. ( I think this is a gift of hers because I am finding out a bunch of people thinks this about her)

So now here is the trick- Whenever I am down, I tell myself things that she would say, “You are the best. Those girls are mean to you because they are jealous. you are the nicest most compassionate person.” Whatever I would have needed to hear in that moment, I tell myself. YOU are now your biggest cheerleader! And this is NOT a bad thing.

Scientists are now proving that what you put in your head- self-talk and what others say is extremely important to your health. Way down to your cell level. So do yourself and everyone around you a favor and be kind starting with YOURSELF.

Try it you’ll like it.
